Rabbit With Rosemary
Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit - cooking method oven.
Preparation:
Preparation: Stick the rosemary around the rabbit and put it in a saucepan with 4 tablespoons of oil. Brown it in the hot oven, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with the wine and cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Half an hour before removing it from the oven, add the diced potatoes.
