Rocket Slices
Recipe second for 4 people based on Beef - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean and wash the rocket. Heat the oil and over high heat cook the meat for 20 seconds on each side. Place it on a serving plate and salt it lightly. Heat another 2 tablespoons of oil in the same pan, add the rocket, add salt and mix, put a lid on and cook for about 1 minute. Spread over the meat and serve immediately.
