Recipe second for 6 people based on Beef with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Beat the slices and place a few pieces of ham on each. Roll up the meat and secure it with toothpicks. Brown the rolls in the butter, seasoning with sage and salt. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the meat. Wet everything with a glass of marsala and when it has evaporated pour a little water until the end of cooking.
