Sausage ribbons with rocket and tomato

Recipe first for 4 people based on Fresh sausage with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: While the water is boiling, brown the finely chopped shallot in a little oil, add the crumbled sausage, a pinch of chilli pepper, sauté everything for a few minutes and finally add a diced ripe tomato. Turn off the heat, add salt and season the pasta al dente, completing with the sliced rocket.
