Sausage Under The Ashes
Recipe second for 4 people based on Pig.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cut the cervellatina into 4 parts and roll each piece in a spiral, wrapping it in greaseproof paper and closing it well. Place the 4 bundles of sausage under the hot ashes, leaving them there for about twenty minutes, then serve them hot.
