Sheep With Onions

Recipe second for 8 people based on Sheep with tomato - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: In a large crock put the potatoes cut into pieces, the meat into pieces, the sliced onions and the split tomatoes, the celery into pieces, oil, wine, salt, pepper, cheese. Mix everything, cover with aluminum foil and cook in a wood oven for 2 hours or more.
