Sherry Burger

Preparation: Heat the butter in a pan, place the hamburgers in it, cook for 5 minutes on each side, sprinkle with the sherry, let it evaporate, add salt, pour in the broth and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the burgers, put them on a serving dish, add a knob of butter and a teaspoon of flour to the cooking liquid, thicken the sauce, pour it over the meat and serve.
