Spaghetti With Nettles
Recipe first for 4 people based on Nettles.
Preparation:
Preparation: Take the nettle itself (abundant) and boil it for about ten minutes, until it becomes tender (also because it must lose its stinging liquid), then drain it and do not throw away the water which it boiled, but it is used to cook spaghetti. When they are cooked, take the nettle and throw it in the pot, chopping it up a bit.
