Recipe second for 4 people based on Pig with tomato.
Preparation: Cut the pork or beef for stew into not too large pieces, then pass them one at a time in the flour. Put them with the margarine to brown in a pressure cooker without a lid. Add a glass of dry white wine and let it absorb while stirring. Then add two cubes, salt, pepper, a glass of water, tomato puree (or a tube of triple tomato concentrate), mix until everything is well blended. Pour in a glass of milk, the peeled potatoes cut into medium-sized cubes and the peas and a little basil. Check that the future gravy covers the meat and potatoes and then close the pressure cooker and when hissing, lower the heat and cook for 25-30 minutes.
