Surprise steaks
Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the garlic in the oil, remove it and brown the mushrooms in the sauce. Halfway through cooking, add the chopped parsley and ham and continue cooking over low heat. Cut the fillet slices in half forming a bag and fill them with the prepared mixture. Brown in butter over high heat.

Ingredients: 4 Slices Veal Fillet - 150 G Cooked Ham - 40 G Dried Mushrooms - 30 G Butter - 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil - Parsley - Garlic - Salt
