Whimsical skewers

Preparation:

Preparation: Take 4 wooden skewers. Thread the bread, ham and mozzarella on the skewers, alternating them. Line up the skewers in a buttered pan and brown them in the oven. In the mortar, grind the butter with the desalted anchovy fillets and a pinch of pepper, then pass through a sieve. Serve the skewers piping hot with the anchovy butter.
