White Pepper Steaks
Recipe second for 4 people based on Big beef.
Preparation:
Preparation: Coarsely grind the pepper, place it on a paper and press each steak by hand on both sides. Melt the butter in a saucepan, place the steaks in it and cook over high heat. Add salt, pour the cognac, put on fire and serve immediately.
