Avocado Soup

Preparation:

Preparation: Melt the butter, add the sliced leeks and let them dry, season with pepper and add the diced potatoes and brown them for a few minutes. Pour in 1/2 liter of hot water and 2 tablespoons of milk, add the stock cubes and cook for about 25 minutes. Switch to the blender, add the chopped parsley, the pureed avocado pulp and the remaining milk. Just warm up and serve.
