Baked Bleaks

Recipe second for 4 people based on Bleak - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Brown the fish in a hot oven for a few minutes with oil and rosemary. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate. Drain the bleaks and arrange them on a serving plate on top of a bed of chicory salad, garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
