Recipe first for 4 people based on Clams.
Preparation: Cook the bavette in boiling salted water. Cook the clams in a pan with the oil, garlic, chopped parsley and a little of the pasta cooking water. When the clams are open, shell them and add them to the bavette. Blend the pine nuts with the garlic, parmesan cheese, oil and finally add the basil. Mix the clam bavette with the pesto and then serve.
Ingredients: 200 g of Bavette-type pasta - 300 g of clams - 2 cloves of garlic - 40 g of pine nuts - 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese - parsley - basil - extra-virgin olive oil - salt
