Recipe second for 4 people based on Cod - cooking method to boil oven.
Preparation: Boil the sautéed mixture for 5 minutes in 100 cl of salted water, add the fish fillets and cook for 4'. Drain and blend them with brandy and lemon. Add the mixture to the béchamel sauce, add the cheese, nutmeg and eggs, one at a time. Pour into a buttered mold and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes.
Ingredients: 300 G Cod Fillets - 200 G Plaice Fillets - 50 G Mixed Saute - 70 G Grated Emmenthal Cheese - 3 Eggs - Nutmeg - 1/2 Lemon (juice) - 4 Spoons Brandy - 400 G Béchamel - Butter - Breadcrumbs - Salt
