Cod With Mustard

Recipe second for 4 people based on Salted cod - cooking method fried.

Preparation:

Preparation: Boil 500 g of soaked cod over low heat for 90 minutes, drain and arrange on a serving plate. Fry 1 chopped onion in 200 g of butter. Pour only the butter from the fried onion into 1 glass of meat broth and mix in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of mustard and 50 g of flour. Thicken over the heat and pour over the hot cod. Serve with 300 g of potatoes and 200 g of rice boiled separately.
