Crostini With Aubergines

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Eggplant - cooking method grill oven.

Preparation: Toast the slices of bread on both sides. Cook the aubergines in the oven until tender, peel them, cut them into small pieces, put them in a bowl together with the chopped capers and basil, oil, a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.
