Recipe second for 4 people based on European bass.
Preparation: Thoroughly clean the sea bass. Brown it for a few minutes in the oil, add the chopped vegetables and herbs and add 1 glass of wine and cook over a moderate heat for about 30 minutes. Almost cooked, spray the fish with brandy and put the lemon slices on top.
