Recipe first for 4 people based on Mortadella with tomato.
Preparation: Prepare a sauce with oil and onion and when it has browned add the diced aubergine and mortadella. After a few minutes add the tomato, salt and pepper. Cook for half an hour and season the fusilli cooked al dente by adding the Parmesan and parsley.
Ingredients: 1 Thick Slice Mortadella - 400 G Pasta Like Fusilli - 1 Aubergine - 1 Onion - 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley - 150 G Chopped Tomatoes - Oil - Salt - Pepper - Parmesan Cheese
