Recipe second for 4 people based on Squid.
Preparation: Clean the squid by removing the eyes, the ink bladder and the bone, wash them under running water and dry them. Emulsify the oil with the lemon juice and grease the calamari. Place them on the hot grill and cook them, turning them well and wetting them again with lemon and oil. Prepare a mince with garlic and parsley. Arrange the hot squids on a serving plate, sprinkle them with the mince and serve immediately.
Ingredients: 4 Calamari - 1 Lemon - 2 Garlic Cloves - 1/4 Glass of Olive Oil - Chopped Parsley
