Recipe first for 4 people based on Mussels - cooking method pan.
Preparation: Mix the flour with the egg yolk, work it well until it is compact and homogeneous and make small gnocchi. Brown the garlic in the oil and sauté the mussels by covering them with the lid so that they open; halfway through cooking add the chervil and once cooked remove from the heat. Blend the leek, cut the broccoli into quarters and blanch them, sauté them in the pan with the leek until they are almost cooked. Cook the gnocchi in abundant water, drain them. Mix the mussels, broccoli and gnocchi in a pan, add the necessary salt and serve.
