Recipe first for 4 people based on Mascarpone cheese.
Preparation: Boil the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, put the softened butter in a bowl and work it with a whisk until it is well whipped. Chop the well-drained tuna and the anchovy fillets. Then mix them with the butter and add the mascarpone, 1 tablespoon of wine and the oregano, salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, pour it into the bowl, adding 2 spoonfuls of the pasta cooking water. Repeatedly mix everything and serve immediately.
