Recipe first for 4 people based on Carrots.
Preparation: Clean the carrots and grate them. Put them in a saucepan with the butter, a little oil and cover with water. Cook over low heat until you get a thick cream. Combine the cognac, salt, pepper and the diced mozzarella. Remove the carrot cream from the heat. Boil the pasta al dente, drain it and pour it into the saucepan with the cream. Mix well, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
Ingredients: 350 G Short Pasta Type - 400 G Carrots - 150 G Mozzarella - 40 G Butter - 1 Small Glass Cognac - Chopped Parsley - Olive Oil - Salt
