Pink Butterflies

Recipe first for 4 people based on Cream with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: Cook the pasta and when cooked, season it with the cream to which you will have added half a pound of grated Parmesan, a pinch of pepper (if you like the rich flavour) and a few tablespoons of tomato sauce. After draining the farfalle, toss them in the pan with the sauce and cook for a few minutes over very moderate heat, so that the pasta is evenly seasoned.
