Recipe first for 4 people based on Beans with tomato - cooking method fried.
Preparation: Coarsely cut the onion and fry it in a spoonful of oil. Before it withers, I add chopped garlic and parsley and let the browning finish. I add the beans and let them fry further. Salt and add at this point the can of tomatoes and the cooking water from the beans. I reduce until it becomes a dry paste and not broth. We like a sprinkling of Parmesan.
