Polenta With Eggs

Recipe first for 4 people based on Egg.

Preparation: Bring lightly salted water to the boil in a saucepan, pour in the flour, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Leave to cook for about an hour, continuing to stir with the wooden spoon. When there are only a few minutes left before cooking, add the butter and mix well. Pour the polenta onto a warm serving dish and place the cooked eggs on top. Accompanying wines: Soave "Classico" DOC, Albana Di Romagna "Secca" DOCG, Castel Del Monte Chardonnay DOC.
