Recipe second for 4 people based on Rabbit with tomato - cooking method fried.
Preparation: Fry chopped onion, garlic and fat and lean ham in oil and butter. Put the rabbit cut into pieces to brown, when it has browned, season with salt and pepper, add the white wine; let it evaporate. Add a little water and the tomato pulp; finish cooking over low heat for about 1 hour.
