Recipe second for 4 people based on Little tuna - cooking method oven.
Preparation: The fish must be cleaned but not scaled. Make a bed of salt in an appropriately shaped baking dish, put the fish on top and then cover it well with the rest of the salt, finally put it in a hot oven at 200-230 degrees, leaving it to cook for 20 minutes. The pan is taken out of the oven and the crust of salt that has formed is broken, removing the fish which, in pieces or fillets, is placed on a serving plate, seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.
