Seafood Trenette

Recipe first for 4 people based on Cuttlefish with tomato - cooking method pan.

Preparation:

Preparation: Put a little oil in a large pan and brown the chopped onion and garlic; add the cuttlefish, then the squid cut into strips (without the head and tentacles which always remain hard), the chopped parsley and a glass of white wine. Then add the prawns (without their casing and black string), add salt and cook over high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. Lastly, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, the chilli pepper and finish cooking over a low heat. Season the trenette, cooked al dente, by sautéing them in the pan with the sauce.
