Recipe first for 4 people based on Shrimps with tomato.
Preparation: Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the tomato puree, the Tabasco sauce, the defrosted prawns and cook for 5 minutes over high heat. Pour in the cream and thicken, stirring for 2 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it al dente, dress it with the shrimp sauce and serve.
