Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Dried plums - cooking method oven.
Preparation: You need 12 toothpicks and 1 aluminum foil. Put the plums in a bain-marie overnight, then dry them, open them and put a diced gruyere instead of the stone. Wrap each plum with a slice of bacon, forming rolls, fixed with a toothpick. Place them on the oven tray and cover them with aluminum foil. They will be ready in a few minutes and will be served piping hot.
Ingredients: 12 Dried Plums - 12 Diced Gruyere Cheese - 12 Slices of Bacon
