Recipe first for 4 people based on Anchovies.
Preparation: Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Cut the anchovies into small pieces, rinse the capers, wash the parsley and peel the garlic. Blend the ingredients in the mixer. Heat a salad bowl, mix the chopped anchovies with the oil and season the spaghetti by adding, if necessary, a little of the pasta cooking water.
