Recipe first for 4 people based on Bottarga.
Preparation: Boil the spaghetti al dente in salted water; meanwhile heat the oil in a pan with the juice of 1/2 lemon and the bottarga. Put the spaghetti making them jump. Finish with very finely chopped parsley.
