Recipe first for 6 people based on Emmer with tomato - cooking method fried.
Preparation: Boil the beans and puree them. Fry the minced herbs, the ham and the spices in the oil. Salt and pepper. Add the tomato and cook for 15 minutes. Puree the sauce and add the beans, a little of their cooking broth and the spelled. Cook for 40 minutes adding more bean stock. Serve with a drizzle of oil.
