Recipe first for 4 people based on Asparagus - cooking method to boil.
Preparation: Remove the white part of the asparagus and boil them in salted water. While the tagliatelle are cooking, melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, add the sliced asparagus, the minced ham and the cream. Heat the sauce without boiling it. Drain the pasta, dress it with the asparagus sauce, a grind of pepper and the grated Parmesan.
Ingredients: 350 G Pasta Like Tagliatelle - 3 Slices Cooked Ham - 8 Asparagus - 250 G Liquid Cream - Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1 Walnut Butter - Salt - 1 Ground White Pepper
