Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Milk.
Preparation: Dissolve the sugar and salt in the warm milk, the yeast and add the butter. Pour into a bowl and add the flour and eggs. Work the dough by hand for a long time, aerating it, then leaving it to rest and leaven for an hour. Roll it out to obtain a layer about 3 cm high, and cut out some disks with the edge of a glass (or make similar loaves). Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Heat the oil and a little butter in a saucepan with rather high sides and fitted with a lid, place the rounds of pasta on the bottom without touching each other and add 3/4 of a glass of water, quickly cover cover and leave to cook until a golden crust forms on the loaves which will have swollen due to the steam effect.
