Recipe second for 4 people based on trout - cooking method grill.
Preparation: Wash the vegetables, cut them and put them in a fish tank with the herbs, spices, wine and 1/2 liter of water. Bring to the boil then place the trout on the grill, making sure it is not in contact with the liquid. Cover and cook for the necessary time.
