Recipe first for 4 people based on Mushrooms with tomato.
Preparation: Saute the chopped onion in oil and butter in a saucepan, add the meat, brown it and add the mushrooms. Add the tomato sauce diluted with hot broth, salt and cook for 30'. Before removing from the heat, add a knob of butter mixed with a teaspoon of flour, so that the sauce thickens and season the pasta.
