Recipe second for 4 people based on Cod with tomato - cooking method fried.
Preparation: Soften the onion in a little oil, add the tomatoes, a pinch of sugar, a spoonful of vinegar, salt and pepper and cook for around 15 minutes. Fry the cod fillets in boiling oil, arrange them on a serving plate, drizzle with lemon juice, pour in the sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Ingredients: 1 Package Breaded Cod Fillets (450 G) - 300 G Puréed Peeled Tomatoes - Onion - Little Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar - Chopped Parsley - Lemon Juice - 1 Pinch Sugar - Salt - Pepper
