Recipe second for 4 people based on Turkey - cooking method fried.
Preparation: Fry the garlic and oil. Add the bacon, the diced pepper and the meat. Cook for 10 minutes. Wet with the wine and add the rosemary. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the radicchio. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
