Preparation: Clean and wash the livers, season them over medium heat for a few minutes with about 40 g of butter, then sprinkle them with four tablespoons of vinegar; let the sauce reduce slightly, add salt, remove from the heat. In another saucepan, melt 30 g of butter and flavor the grapes for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the grapes and chicken livers, sprinkle with the wine, let it evaporate over high heat. Add salt and pepper and mix with two tablespoons of cream. Let it warm up and serve.
