Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Flour - cooking method oven.

Preparation: In a bowl put 20 cl of water, a spoonful of salt, the yeast dissolved in a little warm water, the juice, two cloves of garlic and mix well. Add the two flours, mix with a wooden spoon and then work with your hands. Let the dough rise, covered with a napkin, for an hour in a warm place. Divide the dough into about ten round loaves and mix each one with a little chopped rosemary. Let them rise again and then roll them out on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
