Grated Lasagna

Recipe first for 4 people based on Beef with tomato - cooking method oven.

Preparation: After browning the minced onion, celery and carrots with 100 g of butter, add the minced meat and ham; pour over the wine and then add the peeled and crushed tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg and 3 tablespoons of milk. For the bechamel just mix the three ingredients together. Butter a baking dish and roll out the dough in layers, placing one of the sauce and one of the béchamel between one layer and another; finish with a layer of lasagna. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
