Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal - cooking method pan.
Preparation: Arrange the slices of meat on a cutting board, cover them with the slices of ham, roll them up with a couple of sage leaves and secure them with a toothpick. Put the rolls to brown in a pan with the oil and butter. Add a little broth and continue cooking. A few minutes from the end, add the chestnuts, marsala and cream. Check the salt and serve.
