Recipe second for 6 people based on Lamb.
Preparation: Finely chop the meat and boil 15 cabbage leaves for 3 minutes. In a pan put the minced meat, 1 egg, 2 chopped mint leaves, salt, pepper and 3 spoons of rice. Mix everything. Roll out the cabbage leaves placing a little of this filling in the center and roll them up. Put butter, oil in a saucepan and place these cabbage rolls on top, add salt and cook. 15 minutes after the start of cooking, cover everything with water and continue cooking. Meanwhile, whisk the 4 remaining eggs by salting and peppering them and pour them over the meat; let them become creamy.
