Recipe second for 4 people based on Lamb.
Preparation: In a saucepan, preferably an earthenware one, heat the oil with the chilli pepper, remove it, put the lightly floured cutlets and brown them on both sides over high heat. Salt them and add the coarsely chopped olives, oregano and lemon juice. Bring to the boil and serve piping hot.
Ingredients: 12 Lamb Chops - 150 G Pitted Black Olives - 1 Piece of Spicy Chili Pepper - 1 Lemon (juice) - 1 Pinch of Oregano - Flour - 7 Tablespoons Olive Oil - Salt
