Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.
Preparation: Cook the liver slices in butter with the minced sage, salt and pepper. Add the ham cut into strips, sprinkle with the Marsala and cook for a few minutes. Arrange in a serving dish, pour the cooking sauce and serve.
Ingredients: 4 Slices Calf Liver - 100 G Raw Ham - Butter - Chopped Sage - Marsala Wine - Salt - Pepper
