Mint Roast

Recipe second for 4 people based on Veal.

Preparation:

Preparation: Put the meat in 1 saucepan, add the peeled, washed and chopped carrot and onion, add the broth and cook, turning the meat occasionally, for 75 minutes, half-covered. Raise the heat and let the gravy dry, brown the meat in the remaining sauce, turn off the heat and keep the roast warm. Retrieve the carrot and onion and pass them through a sieve, then mix them with the yoghurt and the washed and chopped mint; salt and pepper. Slice the roast and serve it accompanied by the mint sauce.
