Recipe second for 4 people based on Chicken - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Put the chicken to marinate for half an hour in a sauce made up of oil and soy. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and boil them in abundant water to which you have added a pinch of salt and one of sugar. Once cooked, drain and cut them into rather thick slices. Wash and cut the papayas into two equal parts, remove the seeds, pour a little lemon juice into their concave part and leave them aside. Pass thus; bananas, cook them with their peel in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. At this point, drain the chicken legs from the marinade, place them in a baking dish, add the onion, curry, salt, pepper, and pour over everything a spoonful of oil. Put the dish in the oven at 180 degrees, and after 20 minutes from the start of cooking, pour in 2 ladles of hot broth. After 10 minutes add the papayas, the peeled bananas and wet everything with the broth. Cook for another 15 minutes. If necessary, adjust the salt and pepper. Finally add the coconut milk and mix well. Serve immediately.
